In an industry where the company has yet to adapt with the connected age, we needed to debunk their current situation. From business model, areas of strength, and areas requiring growth. From the meeting, we formed a roadmap and set out a course of action.
THE CHALLENGE
With the Redboard™ application fully released, Red Label Trucking wanted to reduce the amount employer liabilities and focus on expanding their business. Both in online presence, and revenue.

THE OUTCOME
We built systems for the business to free-up resources and function better with automation strategies. From there, we worked on rebuilding their website, making it as information-based as possible.
———
“It’s hard for me to spend any time building revenue for the company because I’m too busy wearing all the hats. If I’m not there running the processes, nothing will get done.
— Joshua Kerr, General Manager at Red Label Trucking LTD.
HERE’S WHAT WE DIAGNOSED:
By signing up independent drivers onto their loadboard, they could keep their employee liabilities to a minimum.
There were too many drivers on the loadboard with insufficient job postings. Causing complaints.
Majority of the inquiries for the company usually happened on phone-calls, taking up hours of the day.
There was a lack of time-efficiency due to work loads being spread thin.
Not enough resources available to spend on industry research and out-bound client acquisition for RLT.
The website needed to provide more information about the services offered by Red Label Trucking to avoid unnecessary time constraints.
